Question 1

What are stickers on a sheet?

Accepted Answer

Same-size printed stickers on an A3 sheet. Each sticker peels off on its own while the backing sheet stays in one piece.

Question 2

How many stickers are on each sheet?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size: from 8 per sheet on the biggest sizes up to 70 on the smallest, such as 37mm circles and 25 × 51mm rectangles.

Question 3

Why does the quantity go up in steps?

Accepted Answer

We print full sheets, and the quantity counts individual stickers, so you order in multiples of how many fit on a sheet.

Question 4

What size sticker do I need?

Accepted Answer

Measure the flat area you're sticking to and leave a few millimetres around it. Small circles are great for sealing bags, 51–64mm circles suit box lids and cups, and the bigger rectangles fit mailer boxes and jar labels.

Question 5

Gloss or matt?

Accepted Answer

Gloss is shiny and bright, the best choice for colourful logos and photos. Matt has a flat, glare-free finish and you can write on it, so it suits labels and price stickers.

Question 6

Are they waterproof?

Accepted Answer

No. They're paper stickers, so they work best on dry surfaces indoors.

Question 7

Can I use them in the fridge or freezer?

Accepted Answer

Fridge, yes. Freezer, no. They work from -10°C to +65°C, and home freezers run at about -18°C.

Question 8

Can I put a border around my design?

Accepted Answer

We'd advise against it. Stickers can move by up to 2mm when they're printed and cut, so a thin border can end up looking uneven.

Question 9

How do I set up my artwork?

Accepted Answer

Design at the sticker size you picked with 3mm bleed, then save as a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined or embedded. If you'd like us to tidy it up, choose File Assist in the Artwork step.

Question 10

Need more than you can order here?

Accepted Answer

Get in touch and we'll quote for bigger runs.

Question 11

Will you check my artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes. File Check is free and selected by default: our prepress team check resolution, size, bleed and more, and contact you if anything needs fixing. If you'd rather we fixed the problems for you, choose File Assist. We'll resize, fix fonts and correct the layout for a flat fee. Nothing goes to print until the artwork is right.

Question 12

Can I send my artwork later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tick the option to email your artwork in the Artwork step and send it over when it's ready. Production starts once we have it.

Question 13

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Choose Saver, Standard or Express in the price table. The estimated delivery date for each speed is shown at the top of its column and updates for the quantity you pick. UK mainland delivery is included.
